Training Details
Duration
A structured program with 1 weekly 90-minute group session (post-work hours) and 2–3 weekly self-workout sessions (flexible timing).
Venue
Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) sports grounds—equipped with running tracks, shock-absorbent surfaces, and dedicated warm-up zones.
Key Activities
Interval challenges, monthly team-building relays, quarterly terrain adaptation runs, pre-marathon camps.
Core Phases
- 1. Phase 1: Foundation adaptation (movement literacy, basic running skills, cardiovascular base building).
- 2. Phase 2: Systemic enhancement (endurance, strength, race-specific training for 10km preparation).
Support System
Nutrition workshops, medical guidance (gait analysis), mental resilience sessions.
Mid-Term Assessment
Timed runs, strength tests, and gait analysis to adjust training plans.

Rules and Regulation

Eligibility
- Open to registered Hong Kong companies with at least 5 employees participating.
- Employees must be aged 18 or above and medically fit (confirmed via pre-coaching medical examination).

Application Submission
- Applications must be submitted by [Specified Date]; late submissions will not be accepted.
- Employee names may be submitted with the initial application or within 1 week of acceptance via the same email.

Program Commitment
- Companies must ensure participants attend at least 70% of group sessions (valid absences require documentation).
- Participants must comply with coach instructions, safety guidelines, and data tracking requirements (e.g., sharing fitness metrics).
- All participants must complete the pre-coaching medical examination; failure to do so results in temporary suspension from training.

Cancellation & Changes
- By the organizer: Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues) may lead to rescheduling or cancellation, with full refunds provided for cancellations.

- The organizer is not liable for injuries from non-compliance with instructions or undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
- Companies must ensure participants have appropriate personal accident insurance.
